Cycling

At CFA, the Therapeutic Cycling Program provides children with an enjoyable opportunity to develop balance, coordination, and independence through guided cycling activities. Riding a bicycle is not only a fun outdoor activity but also an important skill that helps children build physical confidence and body control.

Under the supervision of trained instructors and therapists, children are introduced to cycling through step-by-step guidance and supportive practice. Each child progresses at their own pace, beginning with basic balance and pedaling skills and gradually moving toward more confident riding.

Cycling sessions also encourage children to follow directions, stay focused on tasks, and complete activity goals, which helps strengthen attention and perseverance. As children gain confidence, they experience a strong sense of achievement and independence.

The activity also promotes healthy physical exercise, stamina, and outdoor engagement, allowing children to release energy in a positive and structured way.

At CFA, the cycling program is designed to make learning enjoyable while helping children develop confidence, coordination, and active participation in everyday physical activities.
