Gym Activities

At CFA, our Therapeutic Gym provides children with a safe and engaging space for structured physical activity and movement-based learning. Many children benefit from regular opportunities to move, play, and channel their energy in a positive and guided environment.

The gym program focuses on improving physical fitness, stamina, coordination, and participation in group activities. Through fun and motivating exercises, children learn to stay active, follow simple instructions, and engage in goal-oriented physical tasks.

Activities may include running games, obstacle challenges, ball activities, jumping exercises, stretching routines, and group play. These sessions help children develop confidence in their physical abilities, improve body control, and build endurance.

The gym environment also supports behavioural learning by encouraging children to follow routines, wait for turns, cooperate with peers, and complete physical challenges. These structured activities complement therapy programs by helping children remain active, focused, and motivated.

At CFA, gym sessions are designed to make movement enjoyable while helping children develop healthy habits, greater participation in play, and improved overall wellbeing.
